Principal architect with extensive experience in senior living, commercial, and residential planning, design, production, and construction administration.  Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office applications.  Proven experience as code seminar speaker and expert witness as code expert (ICC and Life Safety Codes). Senior Housing Building Projects

  • Senior Living Projects: Nine new assisted living center buildings ranging between 12,000 and 26,000 sq. ft.; 58,000 sq. ft. nursing home remodel.
  • Assisted Living Center Additions/Remodels: 7 wing additions or remodels to existing assisted living centers.

Commercial Building Projects

  • Office: Two 33,000 sq. ft. 2-story buildings with elevator; 9,600 sq. ft. 2-story building with elevator; 9,400 sq. ft. 2-story building with elevator; 2,400 sq. ft. 1-story building; Two residence to office conversions.
  • Retail: Retail strip center; 10,000 sq. ft. retail music store; Six 7,000 sq. ft. auto parts stores for national chain.
  • Church: 16,000 sq. ft. sanctuary/classroom addition; 17,400 sq. ft. life safety/accessibility upgrades project.

Residential Building Projects

  • Multi-family: Planning & design of apartment and townhouse residential projects in Idaho, Montana and Washington.
  • Single-Family: Numerous single-family and duplex residential projects as custom designs and in planned developments throughout the western US.

Site Planning

  • 34-acre multi-use development that included retail, office space, assisted living, educational, and townhouse residential uses; 20-acre mixed-use development including assisted living, independent living, and residential components.
  • 15-acre church campus master plan for phased development; 5-acre self-storage development.
  • 6-acre senior living development with two assisted living centers, 26 independent living apartments and a recreation center; 5-acre senior living facility with two assisted living centers, five medical office buildings, and day care center.
